Privacy Policy

This site and web platform are operated by High Five Collective LLC. Purchases and payment details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe) under Stripe's own privacy policy; we do not store your card details.

Information we receive

When you create an account, we store your email address. When you subscribe, our payment processor shares your subscription status so we can grant access. If you contact us, we receive the details you send (such as your name and email).

What you store in the platform

Your account keeps the things you create and choose: your watchlist tickers, your alert settings, and whether you also want alerts emailed to you. This information is used to run the platform for you and is not sold or shared with advertisers.

Email alerts

If you turn on email alerts in your alert settings, we send signal emails to your account's email address. You can turn them off anytime from the same settings.

Public share pages

When you share a chart with a public link, a snapshot of that chart (ticker, timeframe, verdict, and prices as of the day it was shared) is stored and viewable by anyone with the link. It contains market data and your ticker selection, not your account details.

Analytics and advertising

This website does not load analytics or advertising tracking tools of its own. If that changes, this page is updated to name the tools used.

Deleting your information

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Account page. To delete your account and the data stored with it, email us and we will take care of it.
