Refund Policy
All sales are final. The DCA Optimizer is a digital subscription to the DCA Optimizer web platform, sold and billed on this website, and it is non-refundable. No refunds are issued.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime. Open your Account page in the web app and choose manage billing; future renewals stop when you cancel. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Renewals
Your membership renews at its plan price (Standard: $20/month or $200/year after a 7-day free trial; Pro: $30/month or $300/year) until cancelled. Cancelling during the Standard free trial means you are not charged. The renewal is charged to the payment method on file and is non-refundable like every other charge.
Before you subscribe
Because sales are final, take a look at what the platform includes before you buy: the charts and verdicts, the zone signal lists, the simulated backtests, and the alerts. If anything is unclear, email us first — we are happy to answer questions.
